My name is Ashley Childers and I’ve been investing in real estate for nearly three decades. I began in the mid 90’s, investing in low end house flips and rental properties, learning everything the hard way through trial and error (so much error back then).

When I was 19, I bought a second hand Carlton Sheets No Money Down course through the classifieds, and that gave me the fever. Back then, I always had a full time day job, and then worked on my houses at night, sometimes all night long and then going back to work the next day. I was a lot younger then! It was brutally hard at times, but I learned a lot and built the early foundations for what we have today.

Now, my business has evolved into buying 30-40 houses a year or more, flipping most of them, selling a few as-is to other investors, and keeping the ones that have strong long term or vacation rental numbers. Sometimes, I’ll just keep one because of the cool factor (I can do that now, at my current level). I also have some multi family and commercial property, but I love my roots, single family homes.

As much as I love the house flipping game, and will always keep at it, I have a new love now. Over the years, I discovered that I have a passion for coaching and helping others achieve their dreams. I love to share the knowledge and experience that I’ve gained, which is enough to fill multiple average lifetimes. Over the last several years I’ve worked with many new and aspiring investors, as well as intermediate level ones who may have hit a brick wall or reached a tough spot in their business journey. When I can help someone get further along with their goals, or avoid a major potential business pitfall, that is far more exciting and fulfilling to me than hitting a home run with a house flip.
