Mark Twain was right about real estate, among many other things. If you are in the real estate investment industry, buy land!!! I know folks are planning on moving to outer space and now we are suddenly finding more islands in Asia; but that’s not here folks. If anything we are going to lose even more space with the ocean eroding land in places like California and Florida. But we are safe in the mountains here, or so we think. Anyway…. buy land and buy smart! It’s a great investment.
